On January 21, Nichols Law held a Teams meeting to discuss an executive order recently signed by President Trump entitled Reevaluation and Realigning United States Foreign Aid. The order mandates a 90-day pause in U.S. foreign aid assistance for a review of programmatic efficiencies and consistency with U.S. policy. Nichols Law explained what the executive order says, how it will impact federal financial assistance, and what it means for the development community.
