Haaleh joins Nichols Law after graduating from The George Washington University Law School in 2020. During law school, Haaleh was a member of the Moot Court Board and on The George Washington International Law Review. Prior to law school, Haaleh attended The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated with Highest Honors.
Haaleh represents government contractors, health care entities, and individuals in high-stakes regulatory and enforcement matters. Her practice focuses on False Claims Act litigation, internal and government investigations, and suspension and debarment proceedings.
Haaleh advises clients navigating complex interactions with federal and state agencies, including matters involving allegations of fraud and compliance with government contracting and health care regulations. She has experience handling government contract claims, providing day-to-day government contracting advice, and conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments for contractors and other regulated entities.
She regularly assists clients in responding to civil investigative demands, subpoenas, and agency inquiries, and helps develop compliance strategies designed to mitigate enforcement risk and protect eligibility for government programs and contracts. Drawing on experience handling sensitive and fast-moving matters, Haaleh works closely with clients to manage regulatory exposure, conduct internal reviews, and achieve practical resolutions in investigations and enforcement actions.
